FAQ's

  1. How do I return a product? Please email merch@boomesports.gg with your order number and reason. Once we have received the relevant information, we will send you a detail to return the product. Upon receiving and examining the product, we will issue you a refund.

  2. What if the product that I want is out of stock? Will it be restocked again? Restocks will vary upon collection, but for limited collections we are only producing once the product is launched. For further information please contact us if you find that your product is stock out.

  3. Where can I find an offline store of Boom Esports? For now we don’t have an offline store, but we are prepared to have some in several locations and countries.

  4. How do I switch the price to my local currency? For now we only provide IDR and USD as price references, you can change the currency from IDR to USD on the top right of the page.

  5. I already changed the price into USD but when I try to check out the price is back to IDR? Yes the price will go back to IDR since the payment gateway cannot receive foreign currency due to Indonesia Government Regulations. But you are still able to check out your order.

  6. How do I check out with an IDR but my bank account is in different currency? For international order (outside Indonesia) we recommend you to use Visa/Master as your payment method, then you will be charged as a conversion from IDR to your local currency.

  7. How do I track my order? We will give you the tracking number/airway bill number so you can track your order.
