We use the following courier services:

Singapore,Malaysia,Australia,United States & United Arab Emirates : TIM EXPRESS
We only process your order during business days, from Monday to Friday; but we ship from Monday to Saturday.
All confirmed orders (after finishing the payment) will be processed on the following day.
We will ship your order if there are no problems occurring in terms of payment.
We will process and ship based on your order ID. If you have more than one order ID, unfortunately, no combined-orders are possible for shipment.
When placing your order please take into consideration that we operate Monday through Friday. Therefore, payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.
Please allow 1-2 working days after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, perform quality control of your order, and pack your order. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.
Orders can only be delivered when the full amount of payment is received and confirmed.

JAKARTA AREA. Estimated delivery time: 1-3 working days after shipment.
OTHER CITIES IN INDONESIA. Estimated delivery time: 2-5 working days after shipment.
INTERNATIONAL. Estimated delivery time: 3-15 working days after shipment depends on your country and delay might occur during public holidays.
BOOM Esports is not responsible for any risks of loss of the merchandise after our logistic partner has delivered the packages to the designated address.
Customers are responsible if our logistics partners can't deliver the goods on time due to an incomplete address, no recipient at the address or the recipient rejects the goods.
If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to the customer's conditions.
If there are any shipping errors coming from BOOM Esports, we guarantee that we will give free shipping to the customers.
We also are not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible for all fees charged by the shipping company - both for sending and returning the product to us.
